  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 cups Peanuts
  • 1 cup Pretzels
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips


  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
