Ranch Hummus

Processing time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chick peas
  • 6 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until your desired thickness.
