Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Prep time: 5 minutes

Bake time: 20 minutes


  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Wash brussels sprouts
  3. Cut in half and add to a bowl
  4. Add all ingredients to the bowl and toss to coat evenly
  5. Spray pan with a little extra oil and lay the brussels sprouts face down and bake for 20-25 minutes.

      I have always disliked them but they were on sale and since our taste buds change and I’ve never tried roasting them I have it a shot! Now my 3rd favorite green veggie!
