Bake time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash brussels sprouts
- Cut in half and add to a bowl
- Add all ingredients to the bowl and toss to coat evenly
- Spray pan with a little extra oil and lay the brussels sprouts face down and bake for 20-25 minutes.

I have always disliked them but they were on sale and since our taste buds change and I’ve never tried roasting them I have it a shot! Now my 3rd favorite green veggie!
